Welcome!

I have always been driven by one big question: What’s next? This has been a hard question for me to answer, but I've never shied away from trying. My passion for finding solutions and creating positive outcomes has always been behind every action that I take. Becoming an educator was the natural path for me, helping people help themselves gives me an opportunity to be at the very genesis of "what's next."

In order to recognize the best ways to encourage learners to develop the next steps, we as educators have to confront the reality that the "learning landscape" is not the same as it was a couple years ago. Today’s learner is not unlike the learner of yesteryear, they achieve more with the best resources, and they accomplish more when they have more. I believe that knowing this, understanding this, implementing this in trainings, and putting this understanding in every day practice will guide us through the 21st Century learning landscape with great success.
